

The rain has stopped.
Something makes me upset. I am not sick, everything seems to be perfect. Or is it just an illusion? Am I just being an upset woman with the hormonal imbalance today?
If it’s just the rain that makes me upset, then I better do something to fix it.
So I found some ideas of therapy and how to take control of my day by restoring the beautiful hormone balance I usually have
So here it goes:
1. Start the flow of positive energy. Do something good for someone else, even though you may not want to. Do a favor, help them find something, give them an item which will help them in some way.
OK, I would love to create a website for my boyfriend. He has been asking about designing it many times. ![]()
2. Eat the best chocolate you can get your hands on.
Done!! I just ate a russian chocolate candy from the gorgeous box, called “vdohnovenie” (inspiration). Ahhh sooo gooood.
Candy’s body is made out of delightful chocolate praline with outstanding citrus taste of unique tangerine crisps.
3. Have a romance in your head.
I do have true romance stuck in my head. That’s easy. My boyfriend’s name is Roman. hehe
3. Volunteer.
This is the hardest one. I’ll try to come up with something soon.
3. Plan a holiday.
Planning to spend it with my family. It’s gonna be great!
4. Take care of yourself. Shape your eyebrows. Color your hair.
Ok, made an appointment today at 5pm.
5. Call your parents or your best friend.
Done. My mom is the best!
6. Check for “are you happy”. Overall happiness is the most important stress symptom.
Yes. I am happy simply because I am living, who I am and who I am with, my family and my friends. Life is beautiful.
Ok now back to work!!!
